Weekly packs that sort medications by day and time, prepared for patients and caregivers.
Learn about blister and compliance packs →A MedsCheck is a private, one-on-one review of every medication you take, with a pharmacist. You leave with an up-to-date list you can share with your doctor and family.

MedsCheck is an Ontario program that lets you sit down with a pharmacist to go through all of your medications in one conversation. That includes prescriptions, over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, supplements and natural health products. The pharmacist looks at how and when you take each one, asks about side effects you may have noticed, and checks for possible interactions.
At the end you receive a current medication list. Many people keep it in a wallet or on the fridge and bring it to medical appointments. If the pharmacist notices something your prescriber should know about, they can, with your consent, share it with your doctor. A MedsCheck does not change your prescriptions on its own; any change is a decision you make with your prescriber.

Ontario's program is aimed at residents who take a number of prescription medications for ongoing conditions.
There is a MedsCheck for diabetes that also looks at how you manage your medications and supplies.
If you help a parent or family member with medications, you are welcome to attend with their permission.

Over time it is common to collect medications from more than one prescriber, along with products bought off the shelf. A review gives you one place to ask questions such as what each medication is for, whether the timing still fits your day, and what to do if you miss a dose. People who use blister packs often start with a MedsCheck so the packs match the updated list.
