Make your call or visit quicker
For a refill, have your prescription number from the label ready. For questions about a medication, keep the bottle or box in front of you. If you are asking about drug plan coverage, have your plan card handy.
Prescribers can fax prescriptions to (905) 725-2096. For a new prescription in person, bring your Ontario health card and your drug plan card.
We are just east of downtown Oshawa on King Street East, with free parking directly in front of the store, a ground-level entrance and wheelchair-friendly aisles. Curbside pickup is available; call when you arrive.
